We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour, ensuring you’re paid fairly for your expertise. On top of that, we offer overtime pay at time and a half, so you’re properly compensated for going above and beyond.

Finally, your hard work directly impacts your earnings! With our revenue-sharing program, you’ll earn a percentage of the revenue you generate:

• 5% in your first 6 months.
• 6% in the next 6 months.
• An additional 1% every 6 months thereafter, capped at 10%.

As a Residential Plumber, you’ll be on the road, traveling to customer locations. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential to ensure safety and reliability while representing our company.
